VerdantGuard Refund Policy
Our refund policy is valid within 30 working days after you receive the goods. If no request is made within 30 days of receiving the goods, we will not be able to process a refund for you.
To be eligible for a refund, your product must be unopened, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned goods. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund for you.
Once your refund is approved, we will process it within 3 days, and the refund amount will be automatically credited back to your credit card or original payment method.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially credited.
Next, contact your bank. There is usually a certain processing time before the refund is credited.
