I. Delivery Range

Currently, VerdantGuard's products are delivered to many countries and regions around the world. For specific deliverable areas, you can check and confirm by filling in the delivery address when placing an order. If your area is temporarily unavailable for delivery, we will prompt you in a timely manner when you place an order.

II. Delivery Methods

We will choose a suitable delivery method for you based on your delivery address, product characteristics and logistics timeliness requirements, mainly including international couriers (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) and dedicated line logistics. Different delivery methods may vary in terms of delivery time and cost. You can view specific options on the checkout page and choose independently.

III. Delivery Time

1. Order processing time: Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt of the order or credit card approval on working days (excluding holidays).

2. Logistics delivery time: Delivery time depends on the season. It usually takes 5-7 days unless force majeure occurs (such as bad weather, strikes, etc.).

V. Receipt and Inspection of Goods

1. When receiving the goods, you or the consignee must check whether the appearance of the package is intact. If the package is found to be damaged, squeezed and deformed, etc., you can refuse to accept it on the spot and contact our customer service staff in a timely manner.

2. After signing for receipt, please open the package as soon as possible to check whether the quantity and specifications of the products are consistent with the order, and whether the products are damaged, leaking, etc. If you find any problems, please contact customer service within 48 hours after receiving the goods and provide relevant photos as evidence. We will properly handle it for you according to the actual situation (such as reissuing, returning or exchanging goods, etc.).

VI. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, we will send a shipping notification containing the logistics tracking number to your registered email. You can track the logistics information of your order in the following ways:

1. Log in to your personal account on the VerdantGuard website, find the corresponding order in "My Orders" and click "View Details" to check.

VII. Notes

1. Please accurately fill in the delivery address, contact person and contact phone number when placing an order to ensure that the information is complete and correct. You shall bear the responsibility for delivery failure, delay or additional expenses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

2. If you have not received the order shipping notification and it has been more than 48 hours, please contact our customer service team and send an email to sales@verdantguard.com for help.

3. VerdantGuard shall not be liable for any errors made by the shipping courier company, such as delays or lost/stolen items.
